How long we retain your data

For forms that store form submission data, the information is deleted every 30 days.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

With the exception of one form, which is integrated with Mailchimp (which is very blatantly stated and not hidden) we do not send your data anywhere. Contact form submissions are sent to us via e-mail.

Additional information

  • All user information which is stored (via contact forms) in the web database is deleted after 30 days or less. (Deletions take place every 30 days.)
  • Information we receive from users is not stored in any CRM or contact database unless otherwise specified (there is one form specifically to sign up for a Mailchimp mailing list – this is not hidden, it is the sole purpose of the form. Normal contact forms do not have any integration with a mailing list or any other service).
  • We run our site with minimal marketing tools (Analytics, and the analytics scripts are run locally, not from Analytuics) and cookies required for WordPress to operate. We do not use any other tools, marketing devices, information captures, etc. We do not store any user data other than form data (Name and e-mail address, etc) which is routinely deleted.

How we protect your data

Various security protections are in place on a site-level and we have fantastic security in place via our host, Kinsta.
